Deep Learning and Mentoring Certificate for Grade 12 Students
Are you looking for a new and exciting learning and mentoring opportunity at WVH? If so, this may be the opportunity you’re looking for!
WVH is pleased to offer to grade 12 students the chance to earn a “Deep Learning and Mentoring” certificate. To earn this certificate, students will need to:
complete a passion project of their choosing
providing tutoring to peers
The selection process for this opportunity is open to all grade 12 students who have flexibility in their schedule to drop a course that they do not need for graduation purposes. This opportunity will replace that course, and instead of receiving credits, students will receive a certificate in June. Completion of a passion project, along with tutoring, would look great on a resume or university application.
NOTE: Due to limited resources, not all students who express interest will be selected.
